Refund and Returns Policy

Please read the Covered In The Word Returns & Refunds Policy very carefully before placing your order.

Overview

Our products are produced by a 3rd party fulfillment company. Therefore we are only able to offer Refunds and Returns in very few situations.

If you place your order and immediately wish to cancel please used the contact form and contact us ASAP to let us know. If your order has not begun being fulfilled by our 3rd party company then we can cancel and fully refund your money. If you wait too long after purchase and the fulfillment company has already begun producing your item you will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not offer size exchanges ( please double check the product size dimensions before placing your order). 

We are also not able to provide a refund if you decide you do not want the product or made a mistake when placing your order.

Refunds

If the product is damaged during transit we will exchange the item for you at no cost.

If your order is lost during transit and the tracking does not show it as delivered to your shipping address, then we will replace the order at no cost to you. Unfortunately if tracking shows it was delivered we will not be able to replace the order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use the contact form to send us a message within 5 days of receipt of your order to make your claim. We will require that you send pictures of the damaged or defect item in order to be able to process and exchange.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should first use the contact form to let us know what the issue is. Do not return any order until you have received approval from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
